2. The information I collect
- What you give me in a form (valuation, contact, buyer profile): name, email, telephone, property address, details of your project and your message.
- Technical browsing data: IP address, type of device and browser, pages viewed. These are recorded automatically by the server to ensure the proper operation and security of the site.
- Measurement and advertising cookies, only if you accept them (see section 5).
I do not collect banking information or social insurance numbers through this website.
3. Why I use it

- To prepare a valuation of your property or a property search.
- To offer you my brokerage services and follow up on your file.
- If you accept: to measure website traffic and the performance of my advertisements.
- To meet my legal and regulatory obligations as a real estate broker.
I never sell, rent or trade your personal information.
4. Your consent
By filling out a form, you consent to my using your information for the purposes indicated above. Measurement and advertising cookies are disabled by default: they are activated only if you click “Accept”. You can withdraw your consent at any time, by writing to me or by using the “Cookie settings” link at the bottom of each page.

- Essential: your consent choice and your language preference are kept in your browser (local storage). They are not used to identify you.
- Audience measurement (Google Analytics): only if you accept.
- Advertising (Google Ads, Meta/Facebook): only if you accept. These tools make it possible to measure the effectiveness of my ads and to show them to people who are likely to be interested.
6. With whom your information may be shared
- My service providers, who act on my behalf: the LeadConnector platform (forms and contact management), my web host, and Google for displaying fonts. Google and Meta are added only if you accept cookies.
- My agency, RE/MAX du Cartier, and my team partner Annie Payant, when necessary to follow up on your file.
- The parties involved in your transaction (notary, inspector, financial institution, other broker), only with your agreement.
- Authorities, when required by law, in particular the Organisme d'autoréglementation du courtage immobilier du Québec (OACIQ) (the Quebec real estate brokerage self-regulatory organization).
7. Information held outside Quebec
Some of my service providers (notably LeadConnector, Google and Meta) may store or process information outside Quebec, including in the United States. Before entrusting information to them, I assess whether it will be adequately protected, in accordance with Law 25.
8. Retention period
I keep your information as long as necessary for the purposes for which it was collected, or for the period required by law and the rules applicable to real estate brokers. It is then destroyed or anonymized.
