Real estate broker inBrossard

Since the REM arrived, I've noticed that Brossard is lived as much on foot around a station as by car between two highways.

A broker who knows Brossard

I lived in Brossard for several years, in Sector A. The neighbourhoods, new developments and recent sales in Brossard are part of my everyday work.

Residential and commercial

House, condo, plex, income property or commercial space: one broker for all your real estate projects in Brossard.

A marketing entrepreneur

Before real estate, I built a web marketing company. Trained in finance and marketing at HEC Montréal, I bring that same rigour to every transaction.

Transparent communication

You always know where your file stands, from our first meeting through to signing at the notary's office.

Living in Brossard

Founded in 1958, Brossard was planned in the 1960s in sectors identified by letters, with each sector's streets starting with the same letter. Merged with Longueuil in 2002, it became an independent city again in 2006 and is one of the cities that have seen strong growth on the South Shore. Since 2023, three REM stations have linked it to downtown Montréal, and Quartier DIX30 and Solar Uniquartier have made it a major commercial and residential hub. Families, professionals and commuters live side by side.

Why Brossard

What draws people here

Transportation

Three REM stations, the Samuel De Champlain Bridge and Autoroutes 10, 15 and 30 make Brossard one of the best-connected cities on the South Shore.

Shopping

Quartier DIX30, Mail Champlain, Place Portobello and boulevard Taschereau offer a very complete range of shops and services.

Cycling and parks

A network of about 37 km of bike paths links the city's parks.

My favourite spot in Brossard

Quartier DIX30

Shopping and entertainment district

Opened in 2006 at the junction of Autoroutes 10 and 30, this open-air district brings together shops, restaurants, hotels and a performance venue. It has become the meeting place for the whole South Shore to shop, have dinner or catch a show.
