Real estate broker inRepentigny

What I love about Repentigny is that it is bordered by both the St. Lawrence River and the L'Assomption River, which gives a lot of access to the water for a city of this size.

Living in Repentigny

Repentigny stretches along the mouth of the L'Assomption River, on the St. Lawrence River, just east of the Island of Montréal. Its history goes back to the seigneury granted to Pierre Legardeur in 1647, and the current city was formed in 2002 from the merger of Repentigny and Le Gardeur. It is one of the largest cities in Lanaudière, linked to Montréal by Highway 40, the Le Gardeur Bridge and the commuter train. Families, retirees and commuters share established neighbourhoods and newer sectors.
