Real estate broker inLachine

What I love about Lachine is that you walk through more than three centuries of history, on the shores of Lake Saint-Louis, without leaving Montréal.

A broker who knows Lachine

I've lived in several Montréal neighbourhoods, where I also worked for 10 years. The neighbourhoods, new developments and recent sales in Lachine are part of my everyday work.

Residential and commercial

House, condo, plex, income property or commercial space: one broker for all your real estate projects in Lachine.

A marketing entrepreneur

Before real estate, I built a web marketing company. Trained in finance and marketing at HEC Montréal, I bring that same rigour to every transaction.

Transparent communication

You always know where your file stands, from our first meeting through to signing at the notary's office.

Living in Lachine

Founded in 1667, Lachine is one of the three oldest parishes on the island of Montréal; its name is said to ironically evoke Cavelier de La Salle's expedition, which sought the route to China. The opening of the Lachine Canal in 1825, followed by the arrival of the railway in 1847, made it a major industrial hub. A borough since 2002, it now combines Old Lachine, its waterfront parks on Lake Saint-Louis and the vast Lachine-Est eco-neighbourhood project. You'll meet families, retirees and outdoor enthusiasts drawn by the water.

My favourite spot in Lachine

Parc René-Lévesque

Park and public art

Set on a peninsula at the entrance to the Lachine Canal, this park offers a view of the river and Lake Saint-Louis and features 22 monumental contemporary sculptures along its paths. It is an ideal starting point for a walk or bike ride on the canal path.

« To understand Lachine, I recommend walking around the Parc René-Lévesque peninsula: you see the canal, the lake and the shores that shaped the borough all at once. »
