Real estate broker inVerdun

What I love about Verdun is that you can swim in the river and take the metro in the same afternoon.

A broker who knows Verdun

I've lived in several Montréal neighbourhoods, where I also worked for 10 years. The neighbourhoods, new developments and recent sales in Verdun are part of my everyday work.

A marketing entrepreneur

Before real estate, I built a web marketing company. Trained in finance and marketing at HEC Montréal, I bring that same rigour to every transaction.

Living in Verdun

Verdun stretches along the St. Lawrence River and includes Nuns' Island (L'Île-des-Sœurs). A former municipality founded in 1875 and long known as a working-class town, it became a borough of Montréal in 2002. Wellington Street, with its shops and terraces, as well as the landscaped riverbanks and the urban beach, are attracting more and more residents. You'll find families, young professionals and long-time residents.

My favourite spot in Verdun

Verdun Beach

Urban beach

Located behind the Verdun Auditorium, near De l'Église station, this free beach gives access to the St. Lawrence River right in the city. Its terraced grass and sand seating and its supervised swimming area make it a popular spot in summer.

« Verdun Beach sums up the neighbourhood's appeal well: the riverbank is within walking distance of many residential streets, and buyers notice it right away. »
