Real estate broker inAnjou

What I love about Anjou is how practical it is: everything is within reach, at the crossroads of Autoroutes 25 and 40.

A broker who knows Anjou

I've lived in several Montréal neighbourhoods, where I also worked for 10 years. The neighbourhoods, new developments and recent sales in Anjou are part of my everyday work.

A marketing entrepreneur

Before real estate, I built a web marketing company. Trained in finance and marketing at HEC Montréal, I bring that same rigour to every transaction.

Living in Anjou

Anjou was incorporated as a city in 1956, after splitting from the parish of Saint-Léonard-de-Port-Maurice, and quickly went from farmland to residential suburb. It became a borough of Montréal in 2002 and is still often called "Ville d'Anjou." Its territory combines residential areas such as Chaumont, Haut-Anjou and Anjou-sur-le-Lac with a vast industrial sector that occupies about 40% of its area. Families, retirees and industrial-sector workers live side by side.

Why Anjou

What draws people here

Transportation

The crossing of Autoroutes 25 and 40 places Anjou at the centre of east-end Montréal, with a metro extension under construction.

Shopping

Les Galeries d'Anjou and Les Halles d'Anjou bring together a wide retail offering.

Employment

Anjou's industrial sector counts more than 600 businesses.

My favourite spot in Anjou

Les Galeries d'Anjou

Shopping centre

Opened in 1968, Les Galeries d'Anjou is one of the very few very large shopping centres on the island of Montréal and the commercial heart of the borough. The future terminus of the metro Blue line is planned very close by.

« Les Galeries d'Anjou and the future metro show what makes Anjou strong: an area where services and major roads are already in place, and where public transit is about to be added. »
