A real estate broker since 2020, I work on the South Shore and in the Montérégie. The neighbourhoods, new developments and recent sales in Sainte-Julie are part of my everyday work.
I often describe Sainte-Julie as the city at the crossroads of Autoroutes 20 and 30, with a real love of nature thanks to its ponds and trails.

Sainte-Julie's territory was part of the parish of Sainte-Anne-de-Varennes before being recognized as a municipality in the mid-19th century; it obtained city status in 1971. Its development accelerated after Autoroute 20 was built in the 1960s, and today it is crossed by Autoroutes 20 and 30 and Route 229. It's the most populous city in the Marguerite-D'Youville RCM. Many families live here, as well as commuters who use the exo terminus.
