A broker who knows Pointe-Claire
I've lived in several Montréal neighbourhoods, where I also worked for 10 years. The neighbourhoods, new developments and recent sales in Pointe-Claire are part of my everyday work.
What I love about Pointe-Claire is that you can go from the REM at Fairview to the old village windmill, on the lakeshore, all in the same city.

Pointe-Claire stretches between Lake Saint-Louis to the south and Autoroute 40 to the north. Its historic village grew up around the point where Saint-Joachim Church and a windmill built in 1709 stand. Autoroutes 20 and 40 cross it from east to west, and two REM stations have been in service there since May 2026. You'll find families in residential areas such as Valois, Cedar Park and Lakeside, and significant commercial activity around Fairview.
