Real estate broker inSaint-Léonard

What I love about Saint-Léonard is Jean-Talon Street East: a lively artery lined with neighbourhood shops that sets the tone for the whole borough.

A broker who knows Saint-Léonard

I've lived in several Montréal neighbourhoods, where I also worked for 10 years. The neighbourhoods, new developments and recent sales in Saint-Léonard are part of my everyday work.

Residential and commercial

House, condo, plex, income property or commercial space: one broker for all your real estate projects in Saint-Léonard.

A marketing entrepreneur

Before real estate, I built a web marketing company. Trained in finance and marketing at HEC Montréal, I bring that same rigour to every transaction.

Transparent communication

You always know where your file stands, from our first meeting through to signing at the notary's office.

Living in Saint-Léonard

Established as a parish in 1886, Saint-Léonard remained a rural village until the 1950s, before a spectacular real estate boom: its population grew from a few hundred residents to more than 50,000 in about fifteen years. Italian immigration profoundly marked this period, and Jean-Talon Street East still bears its imprint. A borough of Montréal since 2002, Saint-Léonard is today a diverse and densely populated community. Families find many parks and a well-established civic, sports and cultural hub.

My favourite spot in Saint-Léonard

Saint-Léonard Cavern (Caverne de Saint-Léonard)

Natural site

Beneath Pie-XII Park lies a cavern formed more than 15,000 years ago in 450-million-year-old limestone; new galleries were discovered there in 2017. Spéléo Québec runs guided tours in summer, a rare experience in the middle of the city.

« A cavern under a neighbourhood park, right in the city: it's the kind of detail that shows Saint-Léonard has more to offer than people think. »
