To me, Saint-Lambert is avenue Victoria on a Saturday morning: you do your shopping on foot, just minutes from downtown Montréal.

A broker who knows Saint-Lambert

A real estate broker since 2020, I work on the South Shore and in the Montérégie. The neighbourhoods, new developments and recent sales in Saint-Lambert are part of my everyday work.

Residential and commercial

House, condo, plex, income property or commercial space: one broker for all your real estate projects in Saint-Lambert.

A marketing entrepreneur

Before real estate, I built a web marketing company. Trained in finance and marketing at HEC Montréal, I bring that same rigour to every transaction.

Transparent communication

You always know where your file stands, from our first meeting through to signing at the notary's office.

Living in Saint-Lambert

Saint-Lambert grew after the Victoria Bridge was built in 1854, the oldest link between Montréal and the South Shore. The city includes old Saint-Lambert, with its older homes and tree-lined streets, as well as Préville, merged in 1969, and the newer Haut-Saint-Lambert area. Since 1959, the Saint-Lambert locks have carried Seaway ships toward the Great Lakes, right before the eyes of cyclists. Families, professionals and retirees appreciate its village feel next to the big city.

Why Saint-Lambert

What draws people here

Transportation

The exo station, the Victoria Bridge and Route 132 put downtown Montréal just minutes away.

Avenue Victoria

The "Village," between rue Riverside and the train station, is lined with shops, cafés and restaurants, with the Taylor's department store as its anchor.

River and Seaway

The Seaway bike path and the locks offer a unique view of the ships and of Montréal.

My favourite spot in Saint-Lambert

L'Échoppe des Fromages

Cheese shop and bistro

Founded in 1990, this cheese shop, renowned for its raw-milk cheeses from small local producers, also houses a bistro and a fine-food grocery. People go for lunch, or to leave with a platter of Québec cheeses.
