I lived in Saint-Hubert for 5 years. The neighbourhoods, new developments and recent sales in Saint-Hubert are part of my everyday work.
In Saint-Hubert, I sell houses steps from where the people of the Canadian Space Agency work, and that gives the market a very particular flavour.

Saint-Hubert is Longueuil's largest borough, and its identity has been tied to aviation since the airport was built in 1927, inaugurated by the arrival of the R-100 airship in 1930. It became a city in 1958 and merged with Laflèche in 1971 before becoming a borough of Longueuil in 2002. The Canadian Space Agency has its headquarters here, the École nationale d'aérotechnique trains the industry's technicians and, since June 2026, the airport has offered commercial flights to several Canadian cities. The area is mostly residential and attracts many families.
