Living in Bromont
Bromont was founded in 1964 by brothers Roland and Germain Désourdy, on the territory of West Shefford and Adamsville. Located halfway between Montréal and Sherbrooke along Highway 10, it combines a four-season mountain resort and an industrial hub where IBM, General Electric and Teledyne DALSA have set up. The equestrian events of the 1976 Olympic Games were held here. You will find families, technology professionals, retirees and outdoor enthusiasts.
