Real estate broker inBeauharnois

Beauharnois is the story of the canal and the power station on the river, and I love showing my clients its three sectors, each with a very different personality.

A broker who knows Beauharnois

A real estate broker since 2020, I work on the South Shore and in the Montérégie. The neighbourhoods, new developments and recent sales in Beauharnois are part of my everyday work.

Residential and commercial

House, condo, plex, income property or commercial space: one broker for all your real estate projects in Beauharnois.

A marketing entrepreneur

Before real estate, I built a web marketing company. Trained in finance and marketing at HEC Montréal, I bring that same rigour to every transaction.

Transparent communication

You always know where your file stands, from our first meeting through to signing at the notary's office.

Living in Beauharnois

The seat of the Beauharnois-Salaberry RCM, the current city was formed in 2002 by the merger of Beauharnois, Maple Grove and Melocheville. Its history is tied to water: the Beauharnois Canal, dug from 1842 to 1845, then the hydroelectric power station and the St. Lawrence Seaway lock. The historic downtown, the waterfront areas on Lac Saint-Louis and the newer neighbourhoods attract families, retirees and commuters. Industry remains important, and an OVH data centre opened here in 2012 to take advantage of hydroelectric power.

Why Beauharnois

What draws people here

Transportation

Autoroute 30 bypasses the city, and Routes 132, 205 and 236 connect it to neighbouring municipalities.

Beauharnois power station

Classified as a historic monument, the Hydro-Québec power station offers free guided tours by reservation.

Outdoors

The Beauharnois-Salaberry regional park and Lac Saint-Louis offer cycling, hiking and kayaking all the way to the Îles-de-la-Paix.

My favourite spot in Beauharnois

Pointe-du-Buisson, Musée québécois d'archéologie

Museum and national historic site

Set in a waterside sugar bush, this national historic site presents archaeological finds that bear witness to several thousand years of Indigenous occupation. People come as much for the exhibitions as for the nature walk.

« Pointe-du-Buisson reminds me that, long before the canal and the power station, people were already settling here for the water. That's still what draws people to Beauharnois today. »
