Real estate broker inOtterburn Park

Otterburn Park moves me with its history as a railway resort that became a residential town on the banks of the Richelieu.

Living in Otterburn Park

Otterburn Park owes its name to Joseph Hickson, general manager of the Grand Trunk, who proposed the name of his English hometown for the stop created in 1885 near a recreational park. First a place of cottages for railway employees, the town became a permanent residential community after the Second World War. Bordered by the Richelieu to the northwest and next to Mont-Saint-Hilaire, it chose in 2023 to keep its bilingual status. It's home mainly to families and residents attached to the tranquility of its wooded streets.
