Real estate broker inMont-Tremblant

I know Mont-Tremblant first as a snowboarder, and I know how much the market changes depending on whether you are near the resort, in the village or in Saint-Jovite.

Living in Mont-Tremblant

The present city was born in the early 2000s from the merger of Ville Saint-Jovite, the parish of Saint-Jovite and the former municipality of Mont-Tremblant, around the most famous mountain in the Laurentians. It has three clearly distinct hubs: downtown Saint-Jovite, the village of Mont-Tremblant near lac Mercier and the resort with its pedestrian village at the foot of the mountain. The parc national du Mont-Tremblant, the largest in the Sépaq network, and the Circuit Mont-Tremblant round out its international reach. You will find permanent residents who work in tourism and services, families, retirees and many second-home owners.

My favourite spot in Mont-Tremblant

Station Mont Tremblant

Four-season ski resort

With a summit at 875 metres and 102 runs spread over four sides, Tremblant is the major resort of Eastern Canada; a gondola links the pedestrian village to the summit. In summer, golf, mountain biking and hiking take over.
