Real estate broker inMontréal-Nord

What I love about Montréal-Nord is Gouin Boulevard: the Rivière des Prairies is right there, all along the borough.

A broker who knows Montréal-Nord

I've lived in several Montréal neighbourhoods, where I also worked for 10 years. The neighbourhoods, new developments and recent sales in Montréal-Nord are part of my everyday work.

A marketing entrepreneur

Before real estate, I built a web marketing company. Trained in finance and marketing at HEC Montréal, I bring that same rigour to every transaction.

Living in Montréal-Nord

Montréal-Nord was incorporated as a city in 1915, from the former parish of Sault-au-Récollet, then merged into Montréal in 2002. The Rivière des Prairies borders its entire territory, and Gouin Boulevard retains heritage homes and waterfront parks. It is a dense and diverse borough, with many families. You'll find lively commercial arteries such as Fleury Street East, de Charleroi Street and Monselet Street.

Built around 1770 on Gouin Boulevard, facing the Rivière des Prairies, this French-inspired stone house is designated a heritage building by the City. It now hosts exhibitions and cultural activities.

« The Maison Brignon-Dit-Lapierre is a reminder that Gouin Boulevard was once a country road running along the river; it is a good stop for understanding the history of the area. »
