Real estate broker inBoucherville

Boucherville was founded in 1667, and I love that you can still stroll through the old village before heading out to paddle on the river.

A broker who knows Boucherville

A real estate broker since 2020, I work on the South Shore and in the Montérégie. The neighbourhoods, new developments and recent sales in Boucherville are part of my everyday work.

Residential and commercial

House, condo, plex, income property or commercial space: one broker for all your real estate projects in Boucherville.

A marketing entrepreneur

Before real estate, I built a web marketing company. Trained in finance and marketing at HEC Montréal, I bring that same rigour to every transaction.

Living in Boucherville

Boucherville is one of the oldest municipalities in Québec, founded in 1667 by Pierre Boucher. Its historic core, Vieux-Boucherville, still has the Sainte-Famille church (1801) and many listed buildings, facing the islands of the national park. On the other side of Autoroute 20, the Edison and Lavoisier industrial parks also make it a major employment hub on the South Shore. The city mainly attracts families and retirees looking for green spaces and well-established neighbourhoods.

My favourite spot in Boucherville

Îles-de-Boucherville National Park

National park

Its five islands in the middle of the St. Lawrence offer 21 km of walking and cycling trails, canoe and kayak water routes and a campground. In summer, you can get there by river shuttle, just steps from Vieux-Boucherville.

« I find it rare for a suburban city to have a national park right across from its old village; for many buyers, that's what tips the balance toward Boucherville. »
