Real estate broker inSaint-Donat

In Saint-Donat, I look at a property first through its access to the water and the mountain: between Lac Archambault and the slopes of Mont Garceau, that is what makes the difference.

Living in Saint-Donat

Founded in the late 19th century at the outlet of Lac Archambault, where the Coutu brothers had built a sawmill, Saint-Donat is a mountain village at the gateway to Mont-Tremblant National Park. Its territory is dotted with lakes, including Lac Archambault and Lac Ouareau, and the economy has revolved around four-season tourism since the 1970s. You will meet permanent residents, retirees and many vacationers from the Montréal area, so the population swells noticeably in season.

Parc des Pionniers, in the heart of the village, offers a supervised beach, a boat launch and trails along Lac Archambault.

Skiing

« What strikes me about Saint-Donat is having a national park, two ski resorts and a large lake within biking distance of the village. For many buyers, that is exactly what they come looking for. »
