A broker who knows Saint-Laurent

I've lived in several Montréal neighbourhoods, where I also worked for 10 years. The neighbourhoods, new developments and recent sales in Saint-Laurent are part of my everyday work.

Residential and commercial

House, condo, plex, income property or commercial space: one broker for all your real estate projects in Saint-Laurent.

A marketing entrepreneur

Before real estate, I built a web marketing company. Trained in finance and marketing at HEC Montréal, I bring that same rigour to every transaction.

Transparent communication

You always know where your file stands, from our first meeting through to signing at the notary's office.

Living in Saint-Laurent

Founded in 1687, Saint-Laurent became an industrial centre after the arrival of the railway and grew strongly after the Second World War. Today, about 70% of its territory is devoted to industrial and commercial activity, including Technoparc Montréal, and the borough is the region's second-largest employment hub after downtown. Its residential neighbourhoods range from Old Saint-Laurent, around Sainte-Croix Avenue, to the more recent developments of Bois-Franc and Nouveau Saint-Laurent. The population is very diverse, with families and many students thanks to its two CEGEPs.

Housed in the neo-Gothic church on the Cégep de Saint-Laurent campus, the MUMAQ presents a rich collection of crafts and decorative arts, past and present. Its permanent exhibition traces the evolution of artisanal know-how in Québec.

« The MUMAQ, on Sainte-Croix Avenue, shows the other face of Saint-Laurent well: behind the business parks, there is an old neighbourhood with character. »
