Greenfield Park is Longueuil's only officially bilingual borough, and I find you can feel it as soon as you walk its residential streets.

Greenfield Park is the smallest of Longueuil's three boroughs. Incorporated as a town in 1911 on former farmland, the municipality grew thanks to British immigrants, hence its English name and its bilingual status, unique in Longueuil. It has a tight-knit residential fabric of post-war houses, Hôpital Charles-LeMoyne on boulevard Taschereau and a neighbourhood life centred on its parks. Families, healthcare workers and retirees are well represented.
