Real estate broker inVieux-Longueuil

I love Le Vieux-Longueuil for its contrast: you stroll along rue Saint-Charles among century-old houses, and the metro is just minutes away.

A broker who knows Vieux-Longueuil

A real estate broker since 2020, I work on the South Shore and in the Montérégie. The neighbourhoods, new developments and recent sales in Vieux-Longueuil are part of my everyday work.

Before real estate, I built a web marketing company. Trained in finance and marketing at HEC Montréal, I bring that same rigour to every transaction.

Living in Vieux-Longueuil

Le Vieux-Longueuil is Longueuil's most populous borough and brings together the territories of the former cities of Longueuil and LeMoyne. Its historic core, on the riverfront, was designated a heritage site in 1993 and has some 450 buildings built before 1945, including the Saint-Antoine-de-Padoue co-cathedral. Farther east are post-war neighbourhoods that largely come from the former Ville Jacques-Cartier, merged with Longueuil in 1969. Here you'll meet students, commuters, families and retirees who are attached to their neighbourhood.

My favourite spot in Vieux-Longueuil

Circuit du patrimoine du Vieux-Longueuil

Heritage trail

This marked trail of 21 plaques, designed by the Société historique et culturelle du Marigot, links the Saint-Antoine-de-Padoue co-cathedral, the remains of the fortified château, rue Saint-Charles and parc Marie-Victorin. It's the best way to understand how Charles Le Moyne's seigneury became a city.
