Settling in Chertsey

Is Chertsey right for you?

Chertsey suits outdoor enthusiasts, remote workers, retirees and buyers of a secondary residence. You need to check whether the road is public or private, the rights of way to the lake and the municipal shoreline protection rules. Inspecting the well and septic tank is a must for any property that is not connected to a municipal network. For a former cottage, the insulation, the foundation and the heating should be examined closely.
