A broker who knows Mont-Royal

I've lived in several Montréal neighbourhoods, where I also worked for 10 years. I help you choose the right area for your lifestyle: commute, services and upcoming projects.

Alerted as soon as it hits the market

With your search profile, I send you new listings that match your criteria the moment they come on the market.

The right price, no more

Before every offer, I analyze comparable sales in the area so you negotiate with facts and don't overpay.

Checks with no surprises

Inspection, certificate of location, zoning, welcome tax: I guide you through the points to verify before you commit.

Settling in Mont-Royal

Is Mont-Royal right for you?

Mont-Royal suits families and commuters who want a planned residential setting near the centre of the island. Before buying, consult the Town's Plan d'implantation et d'intégration architecturale (PIIA, site planning and architectural integration program), which governs renovations and additions. Near Autoroutes 15, 40 and 520 or the REM line, visit at different times to gauge noise. For an older home, a complete inspection of the foundation and systems is a must.

What you'll find here

  • Single-family homes in varied styles (cottages, English-inspired homes)
  • Semi-detached homes
  • Condos and apartment buildings
  • Commercial and industrial buildings in the western part

Connaught Park and Pierre Elliott Trudeau Rose Garden

Park

At the intersection of Laird and Graham boulevards, Connaught Park is the heart of the town plan, and its roses are its signature. The rose garden has borne the name of Pierre Elliott Trudeau since 1985; he was the member for the Mount Royal riding from 1965 to 1984.

« To understand Mont-Royal, I recommend starting at Connaught Park and walking along Graham Boulevard: you immediately see how the original plan still organizes neighbourhood life. »
