Settling in Saint-Sauveur

Is Saint-Sauveur right for you?

Saint-Sauveur suits skiers and outdoor enthusiasts, second-home owners and retirees who want services within walking distance. Short-term rental is permitted only in certain zones and requires an occupancy certificate from the City as well as a CITQ registration number, so the zoning must be checked before buying for this purpose. In the mountains or near a lake, also inspect the well and septic system, winter access and the slope of the lot.

What you'll find here

  • Cottages and second homes
  • Condos and row houses near the slopes
  • Single-family homes in the mountains or forest
  • Waterfront properties or properties near lakes
  • Commercial buildings on rue Principale

Sommet Saint-Sauveur

Ski resort and water park

With about forty runs, most of them lit for night skiing, and one of the longest ski seasons in Quebec, the mountain is steps from the village. In summer, its mountain water park, which celebrated its 40th anniversary in 2026, takes over.
