Settling in Sainte-Adèle

Is Sainte-Adèle right for you?

Sainte-Adèle suits commuters who accept the drive to Montréal, families who want the mountains with services, and retirees looking for a lively downtown. Check whether the property is connected to municipal networks or served by a septic tank and a well, which varies by area. Near Highway 15, the traffic noise is worth a visit at different times of day. It is also worth following developments in the Chantecler and Rolland sectors, which the RCM has brought into the urban perimeter with a view to regulated residential development.

Place des citoyens et parc Claude-Henri-Grignon

Cultural and community venue

Opened in 2013, the Place des citoyens is a glulam timber building housing multipurpose rooms, a tourist information office and a covered esplanade where shows and events are held. Together with the neighbouring parc Claude-Henri-Grignon, it is the gathering place of the Adèle community all year round.

Frequently asked questions

Real estate in Sainte-Adèle

What should I check before buying in the Chantecler or Rolland sector?

These two sectors were brought into the urban perimeter by the Pays-d'en-Haut RCM, with conditions on conserving natural areas and on density. Before buying, it is wise to consult the City about zoning and the projects planned nearby.
